Practical Radicals

How do you make change? Alan Webber, co-founding editor of Fast Company looks at the economic underpinnings of a divided and unjust society, suggesting that the only way to make real change is to become a Radical Pragmatist. A radical pragmatist, Alan explains, is someone capable of combining radical forms of social innovation with the pragmatic notion of getting real results. In other words, check your idealism and romantic notions of change at the door; solutions for our greatest societal problems must be sustainable, repeatable, teachable, scale-able, market-tested and results-oriented. Very thought-provoking talk.
